Victoria Falls Rest Camp After a great nights sleep we were up and off to the Victoria Falls National Park. We stopped in at Shearwater Cafe for breakfast while we waited for some overcast cloud to pass. We walked down towards the ZIM border post which is next to the Park entrance and paid the park fees, (Ingrid paid $20 as she is South African instead of the normal $30). We entered and could hear the roar of the Falls through the dense vegetation. We walked around the exhibition of the Falls seeing how the Falls had evolved over the last 20,000 years and the projected shaping of the Falls in the future. We left the entrance area behind and branched off to the first viewing point at the far left of the Falls. After a 5 minute walk the first viewing point came into sight and even with the lower volume of water it was still incredibleto watch this natural wonder in all her magnificence. We walked from viewing point to viewing point seeing the Falls from every angle. We got to see other crazy adrenaline junkiesenter the Devils Pool and see the magnitude of what we did the day before. We continued the full length of the Falls finally stopping at the viewing of the Victoria Falls Bridge before heading to the exit point. We headed back to Shearwater for refreshments before heading to Rest Camp for late lunch and blog update session.

We headed over to the truck for a BBQ dinner and to say our goodbyes to Matt and Vic who were leaving us to head up to Ethiopia to continue their adventures. Wethen settled into an exciting night of World Cup Rugby with South Africa vs Wales playing first, then The All Blacks vs France which proved to be one of the best performances of the tournament so far. We called it a night after another amazing day and prepared for our next leg which would take us into Botswana.
