Day 27 Nairobi to Cape Town
Zebra Bush Camp to Firefly Camp, Bagamoyo, Tanzania It started with a rumble and a grumble in the early hours of the morning and progressed to stomach cramps & sweats and finally "The Shits". Al's day was not off to a good start, but after an "Imodium" and some "cheek"clenching things looked under control. We left the camp on what was going to be a 7 hour drive which couldn't go quick enough! Some time around midday we stopped and then the sweats really started, dizziness turned into delirium and after an attempt at dry reaching any energy Al had wasgone. We arrived at the Hotel and after taking electrolytes Al crawled into bed for what turned into a 13 hour beauty sleep. Meanwhile Ingrid had dinner with the rest of the group and watched as South Africa were beaten by Japan! Unbelievable!!!
